Matters Need Attention
Requirements: No gender, no age limit; Have deep love for CO; Capable of creating and editing video, animation, image and text materials; eager to share content related to games or other interesting things.
Duration: Long-term
Here are the details for the event.
1. The content submitted will be reviewed prior to display. Please do not upload any content that contains violence, blood and gore, pornography or other unlawful materials.
2. It is the posters’ responsibility to ensure that their work submitted is original that does not violate any applicable laws and regulation nor does it infringe any third-party’s rights, including but not limited to copyright, patent, trademark, and other rights specified in laws.
3. Posters need to watermark their images and videos with their character name and server, and make sure the watermark is consistent with the character information provided in the submitted image or video.
4. The submissions eligible for rewards will be announced in news regularly each week. If you find any of these submissions involved in a copyright dispute (including overlay, plagiarizing, etc.), please report to us with evidence through the way provided at the bottom of the news. The rewards will be handed out after the 7-day public announcement period ends.
Please note that, once the submitted work is accepted for inclusion on the site, the CO official will be granted a license to use and publicize the work. If using a third-party’s work or portrait in the submitted work or during its creation, the posters warrant that they have been granted full authority. The CO official reserves right of final interpretation of this event within the law. Please read all the terms carefully. Your submission of work will be deemed as acceptance of these terms.

6 to 9 Points: clear topic and focus, natural connection between image and text
5 to 1 Points: appropriate topic presentation and connection between image and text
0 Point: Meaningless text and image randomly picked from the internet
Creativity
10 Points: innovative composition, hot topic integrated perfectly
6 to 9 Points: unique and impressive idea
5 to 1 Points: smart idea
0 Point: nothing positive for CO and content presentation
Image Expression
6-10 Points: Quite impressive that causes a distinctive feeling
5-0 Point: Interesting idea applied
Please avoid:
Image is less than 72 DPI
Improper aspect ratio of image
Non-uniformity of color or lighting in the images
Video Selection Rules
Video Content (Scored by averaging the scores of four items)
Format: For videos: submit with Youtube or Facebook link of your video.
Quality of Picture
10 Points: Exquisite picture quality, a large number of special effects adopted to bring strong visual impact, highly recognizable characters
5 to 9 Points: Exquisite picture quality, some special effects, highlighting focal points
5 to 1 Points: Normal picture quality, little distortion of color, relatively clear characters
0 Point: Fuzzy picture, color error, blurry characters
Creativity
10 Points: Impressively creative, quite special
5 to 9 Points: Some original thought, smart idea
5-0 Point: little original thinking
Expression
10 Points: Rich body language and facial expression, quite interactive
5-9 Points: Complete performance
5-0 Points: Ordinary performance, not smooth enough
Game Integration
10 Points: Perfectly integrate game-related elements, and promote in an impressive way
5 to 9 Points: Promote the game through the ways like adding CO’s logo, game link, etc.
5 to 1 Points: Little connection between the video and the game
0 Point: No connection between the work and the game
Please avoid:
1. Poor quality of sound
(Dialogue should be fluent without noise and sound should be dynamically balanced)
2. Video/Audio out of sync problem
3. Lighting problems in the video, such as overexposure, dimness and non-uniform
4. Low resolution (less than 720P)
5. Main content lost due to improper perspective of the video
(Tilted, off center, too low, etc.)
6. Fluttering background, cluttering environment

How to get Cash Rewards?
Submissions will be evaluated comprehensively based on their popularity on Youtube or Facebook (views, likes, comments, shares, etc.) each month, and winners selected from the submissions will be awarded cash prizes ranging from $20 to $1,000!
In addition, the feedback on the work that the CO official uses for propaganda will has a great influence on the cash prize for the poster. Fellows! Come and create fun things that are closely related to CO!
